Read Romans 12:9-13
CGL Notes: This passage shows us what a renewed mind in the Gospel looks like when it comes to our relationship with others and our mindset in times of affliction! These qualities/characteristics are not things we strive to do in order to be made right with God, these are things that characterize us as we renew our minds in the Gospel and grow into the image of Jesus! This list is God’s will for His people! To be in the world but not of the world. To Love and think differently than the world does! The Gospel and what God has done for us, and the renewing of our minds with God’s word is what gives us this mindset!
