Next Steps

What's Your Next Step?

Salvation? From what? Jesus not only saved us from our sins, He saved us from Himself. Sound harsh? It could have been, but God made a way for you through His Son. Learn more about what Jesus did for you and why you need what He has.

Okay, now what? I realize Jesus has rescued me, but now you want to dunk me in some water? What’s that about? The Bible teaches that baptism is your next step after Salvation. Baptisms are an important part of your Christian walk. To answer your questions from above, keep reading here.

Many churches use the term membership, but our goal is not to have a long church roster. We want to have a large group of people committed, heart and soul, to reaching people with the Gospel. For more information on becoming Heart and Soul with Connection Church, click here.

Our connectors are our incredible volunteers that serve here at the church. Their mission is to connect people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Read more here about why they’re so important.

We’re all in this together. Ever heard that it takes a village to raise a child? Well it takes a community of believers to help walk through life with the joy Jesus intended us to have. That’s why we have Connect Groups. Community keeps you from being vulnerable and alone. Don’t do that to yourself. Get connected.

Jesus said that where your treasure is, your heart is there also. What He means is that if our money is our treasure, our heart belongs to our wallets and not to Him. The Bible also speaks about being a good steward of all the blessings God has given you, including your money. So we want to honor him by giving back a portion of what He has so generously given to us. Do you have questions? Check out our Giving FAQs.

The Bible teaches that we should take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the Earth. When we hear that, we often think: Mission Trips. Mission Trips are great, but at Connection, everything we do is outreach. From our weekly worship experience to helping the homeless find a place to stay, we understand the message of Jesus is for anyone and everyone. Check out more here.

The purpose of interning at Connection is to offer a deeper level of involvement for those who desire to serve Christ through the local Church, or for those who believe that they are called into ministry. If you’re interested in interning, apply now by visiting our internship page. There, you can also download the intern application as well as find out some more specifics about the program.
