Interested in an Internship? We are currently looking for interns for all areas of ministry. We believe our intern program to be an exciting experience focused on developing leaders for the local church. The purpose of the internship is to offer a deeper level of involvement for those who desire to serve Christ through the local Church, or for those who believe that they are called into ministry. We’ve designed the program to equip you for ministry in three ways:

Spiritual Development

You’ll have weekly discussions that will help you grow in your understanding of the Bible and what you believe about God.

Leadership Development

You will gain valuable 1-on-1 insights from various leaders within the church. Not only will you learn about your specific area of focus, but also getting training and education on all other areas of ministry. Many times interns start off in one area and learn that God might actually be calling them to an area they had never thought about before.

Hands-On Ministry Experience

You’ll be given real ministry responsibilities and get the opportunity to experience the ins and outs of how we do what we do at Connection Church.
